1. Working Together Enabling Lambeth Looked After Children to Learn, Enjoy, Achieve

The Personal Education Plan (PEP) is the key to measuring the progress and raising the achievement and attainment of Looked After children. It is the PEP which allows the social care team, school, carers and the Lambeth Community College to set not only ambitious and challenging targets for the children and young people, but also measures and review progress.

This policy will:

  • Explain the PEP process;
  • Define responsibilities and procedure;
  • Explain the PEP meeting at the school;
  • Define reporting procedures.
